Service status

This page is served by the platform it reports on and probes it live from your browser — so it can tell you, truthfully, whether YARDtwin is reachable and answering right now, from where you are.

It is not an independent third-party monitor: if the whole platform is down, this page is down with it. Independent monitoring with public history is on our roadmap and stated as an open item in the Vendor Assurance Pack. If you are seeing an outage this page cannot show, email admin@yardtwin.com.

• Paid plans carry a 99.5% monthly availability commitment with service credits, set out in the published Service Level Agreement. Availability is measured by our own internal monitoring, not by an independent third party.
• Recovery: internal targets of RTO ≤ 4 hours and RPO ≤ 24 hours. The August 2026 restore drill measured a full production database restore at under 7 minutes.
• Backups: 7-day point-in-time recovery plus monthly encrypted backups kept for up to 7 years under a time-based immutability policy that blocks deletion and overwrite (policy not yet locked).
• Daily backup: a full copy of the database taken every night and kept for 35 days in separate encrypted storage in the EEA (Sweden Central, geo-replicated to Sweden South).
• Incidents affecting your data are notified per contract: an initial notice within 24 hours of a confirmed security incident, and personal-data breaches without undue delay and within 48 hours.
